Staying at this property near St. Charles Ave was a real disappointment. We also noticed that parts of the floor were sinking, so we had to watch our step carefully while walking around. The air conditioning didn’t work at all during our entire stay, and despite calling daily, the issue was never resolved. With temperatures outside hitting 109°F, the thermostat was locked at 78°F, making the room unbearable. Ceiling fans were non-functional too, so we ended up using portable box fans just to get some airflow. It’s hard to recommend this place, especially given the price point. Poor maintenance and lack of basic comfort make it a tough sell.
