Upon check-in, the front desk staff was so welcoming they upgraded me to a Premium Deluxe King room at no extra cost—huge space, very comfortable, and the best part? It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!

Any minor issues we had were addressed immediately and professionally, which truly made us feel valued. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just steps away from major attractions and local eateries, and public transport is super convenient. While some facilities show their age, the cleanliness and overall condition are excellent, and nothing detracted from the comfort of our stay. With such a great balance of value, service, and convenience, this hotel offers outstanding quality for the price. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Hangzhou.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—always ready to help with anything I needed. Location-wise, it’s perfect: just a short walk to West Lake, Hefang Street, and all the local hotspots. What truly stood out? Returning late at night to find a warm bowl of congee and some light snacks waiting for me. In the middle of winter, that simple gesture brought such a cozy, heartwarming feeling. The hotel also has a full laundry service with both washing and drying machines—plus, they’ll even collect your clothes when you’re out, which is seriously thoughtful. The only tiny hiccup? The TV wouldn’t turn on, and the remote seemed unresponsive. But if you don’t rely on TV, it’s not a dealbreaker—just ask the front desk for help. Overall, this place offers incredible value, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I’d happily come back in a heartbeat.

Veegle By Landison Hotel Hangzhou Qianjiang New City

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.

I always stay here whenever I visit Hangzhou—it's my go-to choice for convenience and comfort. The on-site dining on the ground floor is excellent, especially the Song Sister Fish Soup, which is silky and flavorful, and the salted egg yolk pumpkin is rich and satisfying. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. One thing to note: the upper floors are currently under renovation, so there can be some construction noise starting around 8 AM. If you're an early riser or don’t mind a little background sound, it’s not a big deal. But if you prefer quiet mornings and love sleeping in, you might want to request a lower-floor room. Overall, the value is outstanding, and the location is unbeatable—definitely a place I’ll return to.

Later, when I accidentally lost my breakfast voucher, the team didn’t hesitate to issue a replacement right away—no hassle at all. That kind of service really stands out. On-site, the hotel sells simple but delicious boxed meals, perfect for a quick bite. Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet environment, and great location just steps from metro access and local eateries. Everything about this stay felt seamless and well thought out. I’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next business trip to Hangzhou. Highly recommend it!

Stayed for two nights in a spacious king-size room with breakfast included—excellent value and top-tier comfort. The room was bright, airy, and generously sized, featuring a standout round bathtub complete with disposable bath salts and sachets—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The rooftop restaurant on floor 15 offered a well-rounded breakfast spread: porridge, noodles, dumplings, fresh bread, fruits, and small side dishes—all satisfyingly varied. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome fruit, and the kids even received a little snack pack. The mini-fridge had complimentary soft drinks available anytime, and staff replenished them daily. Bottled water could be requested at the front desk, and I was pleasantly surprised by the food delivery robot—an innovative touch that added a modern flair. Staff were friendly and attentive, and thanks to the booking platform, we were able to upgrade to early check-in and late checkout without hassle. Located just a 10-minute walk from Datieguan Metro Station, the hotel is also steps away from a convenience store—ideal for last-minute needs. With its thoughtful amenities, excellent service, and unbeatable location, this place truly stands out. Definitely planning to come back.
