Staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The on-site restaurant is a real highlight—our go-to for breakfast and dinner. The stir-fried noodles and handmade dumplings were delicious, and we ended up eating there twice just because it was so satisfying and hassle-free. No need to order delivery when you’ve got such great food right downstairs. This is one of those rare stays where everything comes together perfectly—great location, excellent service, and amazing food. I’d definitely book again.

The location is unbeatable—right next to the Maojiabu bus stop on Lingyin Road, with a peaceful courtyard and stunning lake views just steps away. I woke up every morning to the sight of rowers training on the water—a truly serene start to the day. There are several great dining spots nearby, all serving delicious and thoughtfully prepared meals. Walking to West Lake and Lingyin Temple is effortless, and it’s only a few minutes to Yanggongdi. Plus, getting to other nearby attractions like Yongfu Temple, Fajing Temple, and Hupao Park is super convenient—just a quick ride or a short walk. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help with anything. Breakfast is available all day, which is perfect for travelers who don’t want to stick to a rigid schedule. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by lush greenery, making the air fresh and calming. I slept like a baby, and the overall experience left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip to Hangzhou.
