The furniture looked extremely old, and there were noticeable cracks in the walls—so much so that you could see right through from one side to the other. We were initially assigned a room after booking a quadruple, but it had a bathroom just 90 cm wide and a loft area too low to stand upright. After one night, we requested a room change (no apology given), but the new room had a door that barely closed without pushing hard. Cleaning standards were poor throughout, and there were no mosquito nets at the windows—very frustrating during summer months. The staff member who greeted us was kind and polite, but noticeably absent during our stay. No toiletries were provided, and the linens smelled unpleasant. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations, especially considering the price.
The hotel feels like it hasn't been updated since it was built—there's a real vintage vibe, but not in a charming way. The room cleanliness is just average, and the air conditioning unit is so noisy it sounds like a small engine running. Breakfast? Not available at all.
