This was our first trip to Shenyang with friends, and we initially booked a hostel that unfortunately couldn’t accommodate us. Thankfully, the platform quickly rebooked us into three superior twin rooms and even covered the price difference—such a relief! While we had to skip visiting the Forbidden City and Zhang Zuolin’s Former Residence, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise—we ended up staying at this amazing hotel instead. The rooms were spotless, modern, and warmly heated, with fantastic city views from the windows. I was pleasantly surprised to find Chinese brand toothpaste—very nostalgic! Water pressure in the shower was perfect, not too strong or weak, and the bathroom had zero unpleasant odors.
