It was absolutely picture-perfect. Upon check-in, staff warmly handed us personalized lucky bags and sweets—a small but thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel at home. The room was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, with soft, comfortable bedding and a handwritten New Year’s greeting tucked beside the bed—so many little details that showed real care. The fitness center has a great variety of equipment, and I never had to wait—huge plus after a long day. The laundry room was also efficient, no lines at all. What really stood out was the view from the window—beautiful cityscape that made mornings even better. Location-wise, it’s literally steps from the subway station, making airport transfers and exploring nearby attractions super easy on foot. The only minor downside is that laundry assistance isn’t available, but every other need I had was promptly addressed.
