As a long-standing five-star property, the service level is consistently excellent. The location is unbeatable—right next to Wulin Night Market, and just a 10-minute walk to West Lake. On days when traffic restrictions made taxis hard to find, walking became the easiest option. Breakfast was generous in both variety and quality. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. Our room was on the 8th floor with brand-new renovations; I assumed it was recently updated, but was surprised to learn it was renovated back in 2017—yet it looked flawless, which speaks volumes about their maintenance and attention to detail. The hallway carried a subtle, pleasant fragrance that added to the refined atmosphere. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk from West Lake, and cycling to Hulin Silver Tower takes only minutes—perfect for exploring the city. A special thank you to Manager Lulu at breakfast for her thoughtful care toward our child, and to room attendant Xiao Yu for the sweet little welcome gift. These small touches made all the difference. This stay exceeded expectations—highly recommend and definitely planning to return.
