However, on my last visit, it was unexpectedly cold outside, and when I bought some food back to my room, it had cooled down significantly. I asked if they could warm it up, but unfortunately, no heating option was available. I’d love to see the hotel consider offering a microwave service for guests, especially during colder months. The staff are friendly and professional, and breakfast is solid—especially the coffee machine, which delivers a great cup every time. My only note is that when we checked in during late November, the air conditioning wasn’t working—we were stuck at 19°C. We assumed it was our mistake at first, but after two cold nights, we finally called the front desk. They explained that heating isn’t turned on until winter officially starts; since November is considered fall here, they don’t activate the heating system yet. They quickly sent over a small electric heater, which made all the difference. It’s a minor inconvenience, but handled well by the team.
