I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lvyue City Apartment! The room was bright and spacious, with excellent natural lighting throughout the day—just perfect for relaxing. Located just a 3-minute walk from the subway station, it’s incredibly easy to get around the city, which made our family trip stress-free—especially with kids in tow. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was so welcoming they upgraded me to a Premium Deluxe King room at no extra cost—huge space, very comfortable, and the best part? It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!

The soundproofing in the room is outstanding—so quiet that you can truly relax and sleep deeply, which is perfect if you value peace and tranquility. The cleanliness was impressive too; everything from the bedding to the bathroom felt spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast was surprisingly generous with a great variety of options—both Chinese and Western styles—and the food tasted fresh and delicious, especially the hot soup and freshly made noodles. Staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming—the team member named Youzi stood out with her warm smile and helpful attitude. What really impressed me was how affordable the price was for such a high-quality stay. It’s rare to find such a comfortable, clean, and well-run hotel at this rate. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hangzhou, and I’ll be booking here again on my next trip.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.

I always stay here whenever I visit Hangzhou—it's my go-to choice for convenience and comfort. The on-site dining on the ground floor is excellent, especially the Song Sister Fish Soup, which is silky and flavorful, and the salted egg yolk pumpkin is rich and satisfying. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. One thing to note: the upper floors are currently under renovation, so there can be some construction noise starting around 8 AM. If you're an early riser or don’t mind a little background sound, it’s not a big deal. But if you prefer quiet mornings and love sleeping in, you might want to request a lower-floor room. Overall, the value is outstanding, and the location is unbeatable—definitely a place I’ll return to.
