Over five nights, we were treated to stunning sunrises and vibrant morning skies—warm sunlight streaming in made each day feel magical and uplifting. It truly added a special touch to our trip, especially since it coincided with my mom’s birthday. The staff went above and beyond; even though I only booked breakfast for two, they kindly waived it for my child throughout the stay. Plus, there was free popcorn available by the lobby—my nephew loved stopping by for a snack on his way around. Breakfast was served on the 26th floor, offering not just delicious and varied options daily but also panoramic city views. My mom especially enjoyed the rich, creamy congee—the kind that warms your heart. Location-wise, being right next to Chengzhan Station makes everything so convenient—trains, taxis, shopping, dining, and attractions like West Lake are all within easy reach. Nearby spots like Longxiang Bridge, Ding’an Road, and Fengqi Road make exploring the city effortless. There are also great local eateries right outside the hotel. What really impressed me was how affordable the price was for such a high-quality stay. It’s rare to find such a comfortable, clean, and well-run hotel at this rate. This was my first stay at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Located just steps away from Qianjiang New City Metro Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I came here specifically for a work meeting, and the Wi-Fi performance was outstanding—fast, stable, and perfect for video calls without any lag. The front desk manager even personally walked me to my room to test the connection, which showed how genuinely attentive they are. They also mentioned an upcoming network upgrade, but even before that, the speed was already impressive. Bonus: my room was upgraded for free—a nice surprise! Staff were friendly, helpful, and proactive throughout my entire stay. One minor note: parking is limited and not included unless you're staying overnight. Since I didn’t stay the night, I didn’t pay, but friends who rented cars and stayed overnight had to cover the cost. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall excellent experience. For great value, top-notch service, and reliable connectivity, I’d definitely recommend this hotel—and I’ll be back.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. One thing to note: the upper floors are currently under renovation, so there can be some construction noise starting around 8 AM. If you're an early riser or don’t mind a little background sound, it’s not a big deal. But if you prefer quiet mornings and love sleeping in, you might want to request a lower-floor room. Overall, the value is outstanding, and the location is unbeatable—definitely a place I’ll return to.
