Service was exceptional too, especially the front desk staff who were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. After staying at the host’s other property, I knew exactly where to go this time—this one. Both places are close by, but I chose this apartment mainly because it’s even closer to in77 mall and Lakeview Pedestrian Street, plus just a short walk from the famous music fountain. You can time your visit perfectly—no need to arrive early! The room is beautifully decorated with a cozy, homey vibe. It’s spotless, and every amenity you’d want is here: washing machine, microwave, projector, full kitchen setup—everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved using the washing machine daily to freshen up clothes, and the microwave made reheating leftovers like preserved vegetable pork mooncakes super easy. But my favorite part? The tea set. On rainy days, I just wanted to stay put, pour a cup of tea, sit by the window, and watch people pass by—pure relaxation. Cleanliness was top-notch, just like the previous place, giving me that 'home away from home' feeling. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—walkable to West Lake, subway stations, shopping areas, and the fountain. There are tons of great local eateries nearby too, and breakfast options are plentiful—especially the steamed buns from Southern Big Bao, which I absolutely love. The host herself is incredibly warm and attentive. She remembered me on arrival, and went out of her way to share personalized travel tips and food recommendations. Whenever I needed help, she was right there—so thoughtful and genuine. Overall, this was an outstanding stay. With such great value, I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Hangzhou—and I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends who plan to explore the city.
