With only 15 rooms, each one thoughtfully designed with unique character—my favorite was the starlit room with its skylight, where I spent an evening lounging in the bathtub, counting stars with my kids under a clear sky. Inside, top-tier air purifiers and eco-friendly toiletries add a layer of comfort and wellness. The ground floor has a cozy reading nook where I sipped coffee and lost myself in a novel. This is my third stay at DOMO Villa, and I’ve been completely in love since the first visit. This time I stayed on the second floor—still with that perfect view of my favorite tree right outside the window. The service was as excellent as always: they reached out beforehand to help with vehicle access permits, and once checked in, the host sent over a detailed guide to nearby dining, shopping, and sightseeing spots. Any questions or requests were answered promptly and handled with care. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept like a baby. Plus, being just a short walk from Siyanjing and Manjuelong makes exploring so convenient. The peaceful mountain setting combined with thoughtful hospitality makes this place truly special. Definitely coming back again.

It added such a charming, authentic touch to the experience. Plus, being just steps away from a private hot spring bathhouse made for some perfect relaxation after a long day. And getting to West Lake or Lingyin Temple? Super easy—just a quick ride away. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and charm. Without hesitation, I’d book again. The coffee shop across the street has an amazing aesthetic and serves excellent coffee—perfect for a morning pick-me-up. It's also incredibly convenient for exploring attractions: just a short walk to Taiziwan Park, and other key sites are easily reachable by bus or taxi. With its unbeatable location, serene atmosphere, and thoughtful touches throughout, this is definitely a place I’d return to again and again.

During New Year’s holiday, when ride-sharing and buses were restricted near the scenic area, the hotel arranged a shuttle to drop us off right at the entrance, which was incredibly convenient. Everything was seamless and well-organized. This place isn’t just comfortable — it’s truly special. A perfect blend of tranquility, luxury, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning.
Sunday Sunny Resort
This was hands down the best booking of our trip—booked early before prices went up, and the value for money was outstanding. Nestled on San Tai Mountain, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with fresh air and stunning natural surroundings. The nearest bus stop is at Yu Qian Temple, but we actually preferred walking to Wugui Tan to try the rowboat ride—unfortunately, it was canceled due to weather, but we made up for it by taking a scenic water bus from Guo Zhuang Pier to Hua Gang Guan Yu. The views along the way were absolutely beautiful. After exploring Hua Gang Guan Yu, we returned via the Xiao Lian Qing Feng line from Su Di Pier, which dropped us right at Yu Qian Temple Station—perfect for heading back to the hotel. One small downside: limited food delivery options nearby, but overall, the experience was flawless. This place truly delivers comfort, convenience, and charm.

The hotel also has a full laundry service with both washing and drying machines—plus, they’ll even collect your clothes when you’re out, which is seriously thoughtful. The only tiny hiccup? The TV wouldn’t turn on, and the remote seemed unresponsive. But if you don’t rely on TV, it’s not a dealbreaker—just ask the front desk for help.
