My stay at Comfort Hotel in Guilin (Guilin Railway Station Wanda City Branch) was absolutely flawless from booking to check-out. Every single detail reflected the hotel’s professionalism and genuine care—truly deserving a perfect 10/10! The room was spacious and bright, with plush bedding that made for an incredibly restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features smart dry-wet separation, and the hot water came on strong and stayed consistent—perfect for a relaxing shower. The front desk staff member with ID #506 had such a warm, welcoming smile and provided exceptional service—always ready to help with a cheerful attitude. Even the housekeeping team went above and beyond: everything was spotless, down to the neatly arranged slippers. It’s clear they take pride in every little detail. Clean, comfortable, well-located, and fantastic value—this is exactly the kind of place I’d recommend without hesitation. Will definitely be back.

I stayed at City Comfort Inn Hotel (Guilin Lingui Jinshui Road) and was truly impressed. The location is excellent: just a short walk to Liberation Monument, so we didn’t need to rely on transport at all. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which was especially important since we traveled with our kids. Everything felt fresh and clean, from the bedding to the bathroom fixtures. There’s also a laundry machine on-site, which made packing light much easier. As a brand-new hotel, the facilities are modern and thoughtfully designed.
