The living area had a comfortable sofa where we could relax and watch TV like we were at home. The bed was huge, so no one felt cramped—even with three of us sleeping comfortably. I specifically requested cleanliness upon check-in, and the room exceeded my expectations—spotless from top to bottom, with attention to every detail. During my stay in Nanjing, I enjoyed all three meals at the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. No need to leave the property for dining—it’s a real plus. The location is outstanding: just 15 minutes to the Presidential Palace, and the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum is accessible via direct subway from the nearby Ming Palace Station. The room view is truly expansive—so impressive that I barely needed to take photos. The restaurant ambiance and food quality were excellent, as shown in the picture I took there. Bonus point: the ground floor has a Tesla charging station, making it super easy for electric vehicle guests. Everything about this stay was seamless and satisfying. This place delivers on comfort, convenience, and quality—10/10, and I’d definitely come back.

Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with excellent bedding and quiet surroundings. Bonus points for the free underground parking—super convenient if you're driving. JI Hotel (Nanjing Fuzimiao Subway Station)

Located just a 5-minute walk from Fuzimiao Metro Station, Ji Hotel (Nanjing Fuzimiao Subway Station) is incredibly convenient for exploring the area. We arrived late and were initially assigned a room that wasn’t quite what we expected, but the front desk staff, especially Mr. Zhao, went above and beyond by upgrading us to a family room at no extra cost—spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The welcome fruit basket was a delightful surprise! The bedding was top-notch—soft yet supportive pillows and crisp linens made for a truly restful night’s sleep. The room was spotless, with clean bathrooms and excellent attention to detail. Even upon checkout, they handed us complimentary bottled water—a small touch, but it showed how thoughtful the service is. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. Great location, outstanding value, and warm hospitality make this a hotel I’d happily recommend and return to.

This hotel is absolutely incredible! The location is perfect—just a 100-meter walk from the exit of Fuzimiao Metro Station, making it super convenient to explore nearby attractions like Fuzimiao, the Imperial Examination Museum, and the Gongyuan. The entire property exudes a charming old-style Republican-era vibe with thoughtful details everywhere. Staff are incredibly warm and welcoming—from complimentary fruit and face masks to free refills on mineral water, a little gift upon checkout, postcards, and even stamps! You can even stamp your own postcard with the hotel’s unique cultural design and send it off. It’s such a fun, memorable touch. I truly can’t recommend this place enough—it’s a hidden gem with exceptional value. Definitely planning to come back, and if there’s any discount available next time, that would be amazing!

This stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Nanjing was absolutely top-tier—hands down the best hotel experience I've had in China. I chose this property for my trip to Nanjing, and booking through the platform with their suite package for two days under $600 was an incredible value. The executive lounge offered five meals a day—basically endless dining, which made every day feel like a feast. Right downstairs is deji shopping mall, so you can stroll from room to store without stepping outside into the cold. Even on freezing days, I just wore my own slippers, a T-shirt, and a light shawl—perfect for a relaxed shopping spree. Everything I wanted was available, no need to wander far. The only minor downside? A few front desk staff weren’t as attentive when checking in, but everyone else—from housekeeping to concierge—was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The housekeeping team, in particular, were so cheerful and proactive, adding a bright energy to the whole visit. It was such a joyful two days, and I’d absolutely return without hesitation.

With a young child and elderly family member traveling with us, getting up early for breakfast was tough. The hotel kindly packed a breakfast box and brought it straight to our room—such a lifesaver! The next morning, the restaurant manager even remembered us and proactively offered to prepare a special breakfast for our little one. That level of personal care truly touched me. Every staff member we encountered—from the security team and bell staff to the front desk and housekeeping managers—was polite, efficient, and went out of their way to help. The room managers, Li and Fan, responded instantly to any need, and the dining team led by Manager Wang Yan and Wu Li made sure every detail was perfect. Even at checkout, they surprised my child with a cute fridge magnet as a farewell gift. This is the kind of hotel that makes you feel like family. The service was incredibly thoughtful; ordering takeout was seamless, and it was delivered straight to my room without any hassle. Even though the hotel sits just one wall away from the lively vibe of Old Gate East, it remained surprisingly quiet at night and peaceful during the day—no noise pollution whatsoever. The scent upon entering was subtle but inviting, like fresh linen and woodsy notes blending together. One small but brilliant detail: even when I left the room without my key card, the central air conditioning kept running, maintaining a perfectly consistent temperature throughout. Breakfast was abundant and delicious—great variety and excellent quality. When we realized my daughter had left her watch charger behind, the hotel staff member Sally reached out proactively to arrange shipping it back to us. That kind of thoughtful service truly stands out. From start to finish, everything was seamless and exceptional. Highly recommended for families seeking comfort, style, and genuine care.
