Staying at Raffles Shenzhen was an absolute highlight of my trip to Shenzhen. The room was spacious with a stunning 270-degree floor-to-ceiling window offering breathtaking views of the Shenzhen Bay skyline—perfect for watching the sunset or enjoying the city lights at night. It’s also incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and exploring nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet was exceptional—wide variety and delicious quality. I especially loved the truffle-infused poached egg; it was rich, creamy, and unforgettable. There were plenty of other egg preparations too, all well-executed. On top of that, the service from Sylvia stood out—she was attentive, friendly, and responded to every request promptly. From the view to the food to the staff, everything felt premium and thoughtfully curated. The minibar in the room was well-stocked with a great variety of soft drinks, and the afternoon happy hour offered delicious bites with beautifully presented plating that added to the overall vibe. After returning from dinner, I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bedtime drink thoughtfully left by Florence—such a small gesture, but it truly made the stay special.
