Hilton Nanjing Riverside

We spent New Year's Eve at the Hilton Nanjing Riverside with my entire family, booking two rooms for a three-night stay. The overall experience was fantastic! There were a few minor hiccups during our stay, but once we brought them up, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved everything promptly—really impressive service. On New Year’s Day, our room was beautifully set with welcome fruits, and they were restocked throughout our stay along with refreshing drinks—so thoughtful. The rooms were spacious, with smart bathroom layout and top-quality bedding that made for an incredibly peaceful night’s sleep, completely quiet and cozy. We also tried the hotel’s spa, and the therapist’s technique was excellent—very relaxing and professional. During our time in Nanjing, we explored some local highlights and enjoyed authentic street food, all of which added to the joyful atmosphere. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time. The hotel truly lives up to the Hilton standard—excellent service, attention to detail, and outstanding value for money. If I ever come back to Nanjing, this will be my first choice without hesitation.

Staying at Nanjing Riverside Hotel was an absolute delight! The location right by the river is unbeatable—waking up to the calming view of the Yangtze River was pure bliss. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Free parking was a huge plus, especially if you're traveling by car, and the Wi-Fi was super fast and reliable throughout our stay. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and attentive—special shoutout to front desk staff Xiao Li and Xiao Tang, who were always prompt and warm in their service. Their hospitality made our experience even more memorable. With such a great atmosphere, excellent facilities, and top-notch service, this hotel truly stands out. What truly stood out was a little mishap after check-out: I realized my luggage had been accidentally left in the underground parking. I was already home and didn’t expect to recover it, but I called the hotel anyway. To my great relief, the on-duty manager Nicol and front office supervisor Jasmine went above and beyond—actively coordinating with property management, tracking down my bag, and even arranging a courier to send it back. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from the Jiqingmen Station on Line 2, making it super convenient to get around the city. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with top-notch cleanliness and hygiene. The air conditioning worked powerfully, keeping the room cool and comfortable even during the hot summer days. The bed was incredibly cozy and supportive—perfect for a good night's sleep. Most importantly, the place was quiet, so I could rest well without any disturbances. It’s a great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend it to colleagues or friends visiting Nanjing. Would stay here again without hesitation.

This is hands down the most thoughtful e-sports hotel I've ever stayed at. The room design is stylish and immersive, with an electric gaming vibe that really hits the mark. Space is generous—no feeling of crowding at all. The bathroom was spotless, and attention to detail throughout the room showed real care. Five high-end gaming PCs lined up side by side create an unbeatable squad atmosphere for co-op play, and all equipment performed flawlessly. Located just steps from the subway station, it’s super easy to find and access, especially if you’re exploring the city. Plus, free parking is a huge plus for those driving. They even stocked the room with drinks and snacks—perfect for late-night gaming sessions. Everything about this place feels well thought out: comfort, convenience, and quality. If you're into e-sports hotels, this one delivers on every level. Definitely worth a stay—won’t disappoint.

Keyne Hotel Nanjing

The service here is absolutely outstanding—from check-in to housekeeping, every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They even shared personalized recommendations for nearby dining and attractions, which made the stay feel so much more personal. The location is unbeatable: right next to a subway station and surrounded by shopping and restaurants, yet it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful. What truly blew me away was the room view—huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the city skyline. At night, with the lights glowing across the horizon, it felt like watching a living artwork. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the room showed real quality. Han Yue Lou Hotel

Walked into the hotel and was immediately impressed—far more luxurious than the photos suggested. Although I booked through a platform, the front desk staff, Miao Yuting and Qian Haorui, proactively checked if an upgrade was possible and happily confirmed one for me. Stepping into the upgraded room felt like entering a presidential suite—spacious to the point of getting lost in the corners, with panoramic views of the Olympic Center that were absolutely stunning. The room itself was immaculate, featuring smart curtains, a large bathtub, and two bathrooms—everything you could want. I also received complimentary afternoon tea access on the first floor, which I enjoyed after checking out the gym and pool, both of which were top-notch and well-maintained. Breakfast at the 5th floor was exceptional—diverse, delicious, and a real highlight. Honestly, the value for money was outstanding. If I ever return to Nanjing, this will be my go-to choice.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the warm welcome and subtle upgrade announcement made us feel truly valued. The elevator ride up was anticipation itself—then, stepping into the room, everything clicked into place. The space is spacious, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. But the real magic? That glass door leading to your private courtyard. Push it open, and suddenly you’re immersed in the full beauty of the city at night: on one side, the glittering skyline of Nanjing; on the other, the endless flow of the Yangtze River. At 9th floor, it's just high enough to feel above the noise, yet close enough to feel connected. As darkness fell, we settled into the outdoor lounge with soft blankets and a warm drink, watching the city lights shimmer like stars reflected on water. No wind, no distractions—just peace, quiet conversation, and the gentle sound of the river. The holiday touches—the tasteful decorations, the little festive treats—were understated but heartfelt. Waking up the next morning wasn’t by an alarm, but by golden sunlight spilling across the floor, painting the sky in soft pinks and oranges as the sun rose over the river. It felt like the world had paused just for us. This wasn’t just a stay—it was a day lived slowly, deeply, and beautifully. We didn’t just see the view—we experienced it. My stay at Hilton Nanjing was absolutely outstanding, and I have to give a special shoutout to Domi, the guest relations manager. From the moment we arrived, Domi went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. When we initially found the room wasn’t ready, she immediately took charge—coordinating with housekeeping, keeping us updated, and even helping move our luggage into the room as soon as it was clean. The executive room was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The executive lounge was a highlight—elegant atmosphere, great views, and the complimentary snacks were delicious and thoughtfully presented. Every detail felt cared for, and the level of personal attention made this stay truly memorable. This is exactly what luxury hospitality should be. 10/10 experience—highly recommend!
