The next morning, the restaurant manager even remembered us and proactively offered to prepare a special breakfast for our little one. That level of personal care truly touched me. Every staff member we encountered—from the security team and bell staff to the front desk and housekeeping managers—was polite, efficient, and went out of their way to help. The room managers, Li and Fan, responded instantly to any need, and the dining team led by Manager Wang Yan and Wu Li made sure every detail was perfect. Even at checkout, they surprised my child with a cute fridge magnet as a farewell gift. This is the kind of hotel that makes you feel like family. A true gem in Nanjing—exceptional service, great location, and unforgettable hospitality. I’ll definitely be back.

This hotel has such a unique vintage charm with a real artistic vibe—feels like stepping into a classic film. The only thing that could be improved is cleanliness—found a stray false eyelash on the sink, which was a bit of a surprise. Still, it’s a minor issue.
