Nearby attractions like MixC and Window of the World are also easily accessible by car. My kids absolutely loved the loft-style layout—it felt like a mini adventure for them! It’s rare to find a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and family-friendly features all in one. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

The construction on Minzhi Avenue is a bit of a hassle right now, but I’m sure it’ll make access even smoother once the new metro line opens. Back then, I was still a photography student; now I’m out in the real world, and revisiting Wangpai International Hotel feels like stepping into a place that genuinely values its guests. From booking to check-in, throughout my stay, and even after checkout, staff kept in touch with warm, personal attention. The front desk attendant who helped me check in gave me a little gift—and guess what? He was still on duty when I checked out! He remembered I needed a ride to fix my phone earlier, and he actually arranged it for me. That kind of follow-through really stands out. My room was surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable—I seriously considered buying the same set online. Breakfast remains a highlight: I still love their beef noodle soup. I’d originally planned to book an early morning airport transfer, but with the chilly weather, I decided to let my driver sleep in and just hopped in a taxi to head straight to Hong Kong. Left in a rush, so I didn’t get many photos of the hotel’s exterior—but the experience was flawless. Great transport options, easy access to shopping, and top-notch service from front desk to housekeeping. This is definitely my go-to choice for next time I’m in Shenzhen.

Moxy Shenzhen North Station

I always choose Moxy when I’m staying overnight in Hongshan—this place has become my go-to. It’s incredibly convenient, just steps away from the 6979 mall, so dining and shopping are super easy. The hotel ambiance is fresh and modern, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. I especially loved the welcome drinks in the evening—perfect way to unwind after a long day. Since it was a Sunday, there weren’t many guests, and I was upgraded to a preferred room, which was a nice surprise. The extra space and better view made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, great value and a fantastic experience—I’ll definitely be back.
