During the New Year holiday period, despite the busy schedule, staff across all departments—from front desk to housekeeping and dining—maintained excellent service attitude and professionalism, truly reflecting Pullman’s high standards under Accor’s management. A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

The staff, especially our host Xiao Xie, went above and beyond—welcome fruit, quick delivery of extra toiletries for my kids (including toothbrushes and slippers), and a personalized travel guide that made planning our day trips so easy.
