Staying at Hilton Garden Inn Nanjing Hexi Olympic Sports Center was an absolute delight. The location is excellent—conveniently close to the metro and surrounded by great local spots. The overall facilities are top-notch, though I did notice the dryer didn’t always fully dry clothes; a timed drying cycle might help improve that. Cleanliness was impressive—every corner felt fresh and well-maintained, and the garden area is a nice touch, spacious and beautifully landscaped with clear signage. The staff truly made the experience special. Front desk team members Xiao Chen and Xiao Xu were incredibly attentive and proactive—they genuinely seemed to anticipate guest needs. Housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient too. And let me rave about the restaurant right outside the entrance—Feng Jiao Jiao Xuzhou Cuisine. Their wok-fried dishes are cooked to perfection with real heat, and honestly, I couldn’t stop eating. Even my plain tap water tasted better after that meal! This hotel delivers comfort, quality, and great value. I’ll definitely be back.

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient—check-in was smooth and quick, and they even offered to help with luggage. 99, in particular, stood out with her gentle tone and warm demeanor. She patiently answered all our questions and gave thoughtful recommendations for local snacks and sightseeing spots, making us feel like welcomed guests rather than just another booking. The breakfast was a real highlight—huge variety including congee, buns, noodles, fresh vegetables, and fruits—all delicious and made with care. It felt genuinely home-cooked, not just a standard buffet. Starting the day with such a satisfying meal set the tone for the entire trip. Plus, the location is perfect—right next to the Poly Theatre, with easy access to everything in the area. This hotel delivered on every level. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever visit Jianye District again.

The room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and incredibly comfortable—the bed was just right, and I slept like a baby, waking up completely refreshed. The bathroom features a smart wet-dry separation layout, which makes it much more convenient and hygienic. All toiletries were provided, including new toothbrushes—really thoughtful touches. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, checking me in and out quickly, and even gave great local tips on hidden gems for food and sightseeing. Honestly, the value for money is outstanding. Staying at the International Youth Convention Hotel (Nanjing International Youth Cultural Centre) was an excellent experience overall. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom—roomy, clean, and very comfortable to use. The countertop area was generous, making it easy to organize belongings without feeling cramped. The service stood out too—the concierge, Xiao Wu, was attentive and helpful whenever needed, and the housekeeping staff were warm and welcoming, always going the extra mile. Any issues were resolved promptly, which made the stay stress-free. The only minor downside was the parking garage signage; the exit wasn’t clearly marked, making it a bit tricky to find. A small improvement there would make the experience even better. All in all, this hotel offers great value, a comfortable atmosphere, and a friendly vibe—definitely a place I’d return to on future trips.

Xinhua Media Hotel

Staying at Xinhua Media Hotel in Nanjing was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from public transit and surrounded by great dining options. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh, well-prepared dishes. What truly stood out was the service quality—surprisingly high for a government-affiliated hotel. When I mentioned that my room was chilly, they promptly arranged a room change with zero delay. Later, I mentioned the strong scent of the lobby’s fragrance, and within minutes, they adjusted it and followed up to ensure I was satisfied. The attention to detail was remarkable. Special mention to Manager Chen Meiqin—her professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness made a lasting impression. This wasn’t just a stay; it felt like being treated like family. A truly memorable trip, and I’ll definitely return.

Tianshiju Executive Apartment (Nanjing International Youth Culture Center)

I recently stayed at Tianshiju Executive Apartment during a business trip, and I have to say it was an excellent choice. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Nanjing, with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. My room was upgraded upon arrival, and it exceeded all expectations: spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Having two bathrooms was a game-changer, especially when traveling with colleagues or family. The inclusion of a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient—no more worrying about damp laundry after a long day. The staff, particularly Xinyu at reception, went above and beyond with warm hospitality. She even shared details about the afternoon tea service, which turned out to be a delightful surprise—elegant setting, great selection of treats, and perfect for unwinding. This place truly delivers comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next visit to Nanjing.

Nanjing Olympic Sports Expo Center UEASY Hotel

This was hands down the best hotel experience of my entire trip to Nanjing! From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff offered a room upgrade—according to them, five levels up, straight to the top-tier room. And honestly, it totally lived up to the hype 🤣. The moment I stepped into the room, I knew this was special. Every little detail screamed thoughtfulness and comfort. ✨ There’s a dedicated vanity area with a full-length mirror—something every woman will appreciate when getting ready. No more rushing to the bathroom for a quick touch-up! ✨ The bathroom is spacious enough for someone 1.8m tall to stretch out in the bathtub. Even better—they provided disposable bath bags so you can enjoy a relaxing soak without worrying about hygiene. ✨ The heated towel rail is a game-changer. I tossed in a few small clothes after a shower, and by morning, they were completely dry. The robe was luxuriously soft too. ✨ The room itself is generously sized, and the fridge isn’t just for show—there are drinks inside that I actually drank (and enjoyed!). The sofa is incredibly comfy; I spent a whole morning lounging there soaking in the sunlight. ✨ They even included two pairs of earplugs—perfect for blocking out noise and ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. That kind of care really stands out. Only minor note: the tissue box count was a bit low—only one near the balcony-side bed. When washing up or applying makeup, I had to walk across the room to grab one. It’d be great if another tissue holder could be placed on the other side of the room for convenience. Location-wise, it’s fantastic—super close to major attractions, and if you’re driving, free parking with plenty of space. Overall, an exceptional stay with incredible value. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nanjing!

I always look forward to staying here, and special thanks to Xiao Liu Fan for the consistent upgrade service—there’s always a pleasant surprise! The attention to detail is outstanding, making every visit feel personalized and welcoming. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious, with fresh options every day. One small suggestion: having two memory foam pillows alongside the four down pillows would give guests more choice for better sleep comfort. A little tweak that could make an even bigger difference. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish!
