The service stood out too—the concierge, Xiao Wu, was attentive and helpful whenever needed, and the housekeeping staff were warm and welcoming, always going the extra mile. Any issues were resolved promptly, which made the stay stress-free. The only minor downside was the parking garage signage; the exit wasn’t clearly marked, making it a bit tricky to find. A small improvement there would make the experience even better. All in all, this hotel offers great value, a comfortable atmosphere, and a friendly vibe—definitely a place I’d return to on future trips.

Breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious, with fresh options every day. One small suggestion: having two memory foam pillows alongside the four down pillows would give guests more choice for better sleep comfort. A little tweak that could make an even bigger difference. Plus, the location is perfect—right next to the Poly Theatre, with easy access to everything in the area. This hotel delivered on every level.
