Empire Hotel Kowloon-Tsim Sha Tsui

Stayed at the hotel on January 4, 2026, and was truly impressed by the staff’s warm hospitality. The luggage attendant was incredibly helpful—offering to carry my bags down the steps and even assisting with hailing a taxi. On the evening of January 3rd, the front desk agent also went out of their way to help me carry my luggage up the stairs upon arrival. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what I expect from a quality stay. Location-wise, it’s excellent: just a short walk to Tsim Sha Tsui’s main attractions and convenient for public transit. I’ve stayed here before, and I’ll definitely be back. One small suggestion: the entrance steps can be challenging for guests with luggage. Adding a gentle ramp or accessible pathway would make things much easier for both guests and staff, especially since many travelers need to carry bags in and out daily. A simple improvement that could greatly enhance guest experience.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Causeway Bay, just a short walk from MTR and bus stops—super convenient for exploring the city. The room was immaculate, clean, and spacious, with a stunning view of Victoria Harbour and the International Exhibition Centre right across the bay. Walking to the expo venue takes only about 10–15 minutes, making it ideal for business travelers or event attendees. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly—even when I accidentally booked the wrong date due to a simple oversight, they patiently assisted me through two rescheduling attempts without any hassle. Everything was resolved smoothly, and the overall experience was excellent. Great value, top-notch service, and a fantastic location—definitely a place I’d recommend and stay at again.

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong

Spent Christmas Eve at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and it was absolutely magical. The lobby and second-floor atrium were beautifully decorated with tall Christmas trees, creating a festive atmosphere the moment you walk in. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a lovely view of the giant Ferris wheel and glimpses of the sea—especially stunning at night when the city lights shimmered across the water. Service was exceptional from start to finish. I arrived earlier than check-in time, and they happily accommodated me with early check-in without any hassle. Staff even helped carry my luggage up to the room and assisted again at checkout by bringing my bags down to the side entrance. It’s rare to find such thoughtful, personalized service in a luxury hotel, and it truly made the stay unforgettable. If you're looking for a memorable holiday experience in Hong Kong, this is the place.

The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong

This was my first stay at this hotel, and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly attentive—when they noticed it was my birthday, they surprised me with a fruit platter and a delicious birthday cake. The view from the room was absolutely stunning: sunset, night lights, and sunrise each had their own unique charm. I’d highly recommend booking a room here just for the views alone. I also reserved the breakfast buffet, and every dish was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented—especially enjoying it while looking out over the sea. It made the whole experience so much more special. Choosing this hotel for my birthday was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Even when I missed the evening cocktail hour, they surprised me with a thoughtful little gift at checkout—such a sweet gesture! Truly unforgettable service and a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Cordis, Hong Kong

Staying at Cordis, Hong Kong was an absolutely delightful experience. I booked the open-plan king room, which is located at the end of each floor—so while there’s a slight hum from the elevator behind the wall (a faint sound like a plane passing by), it’s barely noticeable after 10 PM when foot traffic drops. The room itself is spacious and offers stunning views of the sea—perfect for morning coffee with a view. Complimentary toiletries and charging adapters were provided, which made things so convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke fluent Chinese, making check-in smooth and welcoming—no distinction between domestic and international guests, which I truly appreciated. Since I had already paid in advance through the platform, no deposit was required at check-in. The housekeeping team was incredibly thorough—every time they cleaned, the room was spotless, and they even neatly arranged personal items. Overall, my three-day stay exceeded expectations. From the service to the room quality and location, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong

This was my first trip to Hong Kong with my husband, and we chose Island Shangri-La after seeing it was the only hotel offering flexible cancellation. We’d heard so much about their exceptional service, so we were excited to try it out. From the moment we arrived, we could tell this was a special stay. The location is unbeatable—right across from Hong Kong Park, which, though small, is beautifully landscaped with labeled plants, fountains, and a delightful aviary where wild birds roam freely. It’s perfect for families with kids who love nature. Just a short walk away in the opposite direction is the Peak Tram entrance—buying the Red Diamond ticket allowed us direct access, saving us hours of waiting. Once at the summit, the panoramic views of Victoria Harbour took our breath away. The hotel is surrounded by convenience: downstairs is the upscale Taikoo Place, and just steps away is a seaside park—ideal for a morning stroll. As for service, it was outstanding. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and attentive—they even helped us secure a room with a stunning view, which I truly appreciated. Every team member we met was courteous, respectful, and spoke fluent Mandarin. Breakfast was another highlight—the soup bowls were generously sized, and the staff kept them filled with fresh, perfectly cooked vegetables. It felt like a personal touch. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience. The combination of prime location, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made our stay truly special. I’d definitely come back without hesitation.

W Hong Kong

Staying at W Hong Kong was an absolute highlight of my trip! The room was spacious and the view from the window was breathtaking—perfectly framed to catch sight of the Museum of Chinese History. I loved how close it was to Chuk Chui Park; a short walk got me there in no time, ideal for a morning stroll. While takeout had to be picked up at the front desk on the ground floor, it didn’t bother me at all since the mall below (Elements) has such a great variety of dining options and shops. Whether you’re craving a quick bite or looking to shop, everything’s right here. Plus, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk to both the MTR station and high-speed rail terminal. Super convenient for travelers who want to explore Hong Kong efficiently. Overall, this place delivers luxury, comfort, and excellent value—highly recommend!

The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong

Staying at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong was a delightful surprise. Just a 5- to 10-minute shuttle ride from Ocean Park Station—every half hour—made getting here super convenient, no need to worry about transfers or traffic. The hotel is beautifully positioned away from the city’s hustle and bustle, offering stunning ocean views and a gorgeous infinity pool that feels like it blends right into the horizon. It’s such a peaceful escape, perfect for those working in the city who need a quick recharge. The room was significantly larger than typical city hotels—spacious, clean, and well-organized, with plenty of natural light. For the price, this is an incredible value in Hong Kong. The Peninsula Hong Kong

The Peninsula has this magical way of turning 'liking' into a habit. From the first golden ray of morning light streaming through the floor-to-ceiling windows, to unwinding in the bathtub at night after a long day — every moment feels intentional and luxurious. The classic English afternoon tea on the tiered stand is a true delight, with delicate pastries and perfectly brewed tea. And through experiences like the Peninsula Academy, you get a genuine sense of Hong Kong’s soul, blending East and West seamlessly. It’s not just about comfort or style — it’s about living well, thoughtfully, and gracefully. The attention to detail, the impeccable service, and the timeless elegance make every stay feel unforgettable. This isn’t just a hotel; it’s an experience that stays with you long after check-out.

Upper House Hong Kong

I’ve stayed at many boutique hotels, but Upper House Hong Kong truly stood out. The ground-floor lobby and front desk are intentionally understated—so much so that I initially thought I’d taken a wrong turn. But once inside, the space unfolds with striking visual impact and thoughtful design that feels both modern and serene. The rooms embrace a minimalist Japanese aesthetic: clean lines, clever layout, and impeccable maintenance—no signs of wear at all. What really impressed me was the little touches in the bathroom: a lip balm and compact mirror tucked into the toiletry kit, which shows an understanding of guests’ needs that even some luxury brands overlook. Staff are warm and attentive, though a few small improvements could elevate the experience further—offering a drink while waiting to check in would be a nice gesture, and unsealing the slippers during turndown service instead of just placing them on the floor would add a more refined touch. Overall, the stay was deeply relaxing and memorable. It’s one of those places where every detail feels intentional. Definitely worth returning to.
