During New Year’s holiday, when ride-sharing and buses were restricted near the scenic area, the hotel arranged a shuttle to drop us off right at the entrance, which was incredibly convenient. Everything was seamless and well-organized. This place isn’t just comfortable — it’s truly special. A perfect blend of tranquility, luxury, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning.

The restaurant staff were warm and welcoming, and Mr. Xiao Lan from Building 3 went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Staying at Westlake Villa truly made for a peaceful and refreshing experience—surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, it’s easy to unwind. The facilities are comprehensive, the rooms spotless, and the overall environment serene and elegant. Every detail reflects top-tier service and attention to comfort. This is more than just a stay—it’s a memorable retreat. We’ll definitely be back, and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Hangzhou.
