Special thanks to Manager Shen and Front Desk Manager Huang for their thoughtful arrangements and warm attention throughout our visit. Every department—from concierge to room service and dining—was attentive, courteous, and genuinely caring. The breakfast on the second floor offered a fantastic mix of Chinese and Western options, and on weekends, it even runs until 10:30, perfect for guests who like to take their time. The afternoon tea on the 14th floor was simply delightful—elegant pastries paired with excellent coffee, and in the evening, the happy hour brought unexpected treats like smoked salmon and savory meat skewers, which were a real highlight. The room itself wasn’t flashy, but it was cozy, clean, and well-designed. What truly stood out? The view. Honestly, I actually prefer this room over the one I stayed in before that faced the famous trio of landmarks—the windows here are wider, and the overall view feels more expansive and relaxing. Henry’s service was warm and attentive again, making me feel truly welcome. From the ambiance to the staff, everything hits the mark.
