Staying at Hotel Indigo Hangzhou Uptown was an absolute delight! I highly recommend trying their 【Qianchao Steamed Cuisine · Ten Bowls】dinner for two—authentic Hangzhou flavors that truly showcase local cuisine. The dishes were beautifully presented, clearly crafted with care and attention to detail, just like what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Our servers were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience feel personal and warm. The minibar was well-stocked with plenty of options: sparkling water, Cha Time tea drinks, and beer—perfect for a relaxed evening. We also received complimentary lounge drink vouchers from the group, which allowed us to enjoy a simple Americano or green tea in the lobby bar. Fresh welcome fruits upon arrival added a nice touch. The only minor downside was that the pool wasn’t open on Wednesday, but overall, the ambiance is modern, clean, and inviting. Located close to downtown, it’s super convenient for getting around—just a short ride to West Lake and the bustling Hulbin pedestrian street. Excellent service, great value, and a memorable stay.
