The room itself was spacious—over 80 square meters—with smart layout, plush bedding, and panoramic views of the city skyline that made waking up a joy. Cleanliness was top-notch, with attention to even the smallest details, showing genuine care. Breakfast was a real highlight—plenty of options blending Western and local flavors. I especially loved the authentic rice noodle rolls and the creative salted egg yolk croissants—they were delicious and energizing for the day ahead. But what truly stood out was the service from Kiki at the front desk. From check-in onward, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. When I mentioned I preferred a quiet room with a great view, she proactively arranged it for me. Later, when I had questions about using the coffee machine, she responded instantly with clear, professional guidance. Even during check-out, everything was smooth and friendly, with her always smiling. Her professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. This trip wasn’t just comfortable—it felt personal. I accidentally left some personal items in the room upon check-out, and reaching out to the front desk, Qiqi was incredibly responsive and proactive. She not only helped locate my belongings quickly but also carefully packed them up and arranged for return—everything was handled with such care and patience. The hotel itself is spotless and well-maintained, with a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Its location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Huajing Road Metro Station, making it super easy to get around downtown Guangzhou. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I visit Guangzhou.

Stayed at Vienna Hotel for one night and was thoroughly impressed! The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet—perfect for a good night's sleep. Right across the street is the subway station, with direct access to the airport in under 30 minutes—super convenient for early flights. Just a short walk away is a lively local food street packed with affordable, delicious options. I tried the grilled oysters—12 huge ones for just $6.50—and they were fresh, juicy, and absolutely worth it. Across from the hotel, you have Baiyun Mountain; even though we only had time for a quick photo at the base, the view was already peaceful and refreshing. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent location, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely my top pick for future visits to Guangzhou.
