I especially appreciated her help during New Year's Eve for securing a great spot to enjoy the first-floor party; it made the celebration even more memorable. I also want to commend the housekeeping staff on the 16th floor, particularly Mr. Fan, who consistently maintained an immaculate environment. His attention to detail—like straightening misplaced items and ensuring every corner was spotless—made the entire floor feel fresh and welcoming. I initially planned to stay just one night, but the level of care and comfort convinced me to extend my booking. Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel

Staying at Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel for three nights was an absolute delight. When I asked to switch the soup at dinner, the chef immediately accommodated the request with care and speed, which truly stood out. The food quality remained excellent throughout my stay—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I particularly loved the minced pork with eggplant and the stir-fried cucumber with eggs—simple but delicious. Even better, when I called the front desk, they kindly upgraded my room without hesitation. That kind gesture made a big difference. Every team member I interacted with was genuinely welcoming and professional. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like being welcomed into a home away from home.
