The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained—everything felt fresh and hygienic, which made for a very comfortable night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request, and answered every question promptly and politely. What really stood out was the location: right next to the subway entrance, making it super easy to get around the city. A bus stop is also just steps away, so heading to popular spots like Wide and Narrow Alleys was a breeze. I even enjoyed a nice dinner at one of the local noodle shops and hotpot restaurants right on the ground floor—great flavor and good value. Overall, the convenience, cleanliness, and hospitality make this hotel an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be coming back here whenever I visit Chengdu.

The blackout curtains worked great, and I appreciated the strong water pressure in the bathroom, along with fast drainage. The heating from the air conditioning was effective, making it comfortable even during cooler evenings. Two elevators meant no waiting, which was a big plus. Staff were friendly and always greeted guests with a smile—such a nice touch. Breakfast was solid: plentiful options and filling enough to start the day right. Location is excellent too—just steps from the subway station, making travel around Chengdu super convenient. This hotel offers great value, and I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is situated right on the inner ring road, with easy access to multiple subway lines (Lines 3, 5, 10, and 17), so getting around Chengdu was a breeze—whether heading to Chunxi Plaza, Taikoo Li, or the airport. I appreciated how central and convenient it was without compromising on comfort or cleanliness. My stay at Chengdu Jinniu EVEN Hotels was absolutely outstanding—10 out of 10 without a doubt! I especially want to highlight the amazing service from front desk staff Xiao Huang and Xiao Zhang. Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu.

The hotel’s location is perfect: just steps away from a metro station, and right next to a lively local food street. I could grab delicious street food or head out for sightseeing without any hassle. Everything was so convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. Millennium Hotel Chengdu

Staying at Millennium Hotel Chengdu (South Station Branch) was a great experience overall. The room I booked was a scenic view room with plenty of space, and the view across the street to Xianshentree Park was absolutely stunning—perfect for morning light or evening city views. However, the windows were completely non-operable, which made ventilation an issue. I understand safety concerns due to the high floor level, but allowing a small opening would be much more practical than having no airflow at all. The staff were excellent—especially the concierge who helped me collect my package, saving me a lot of time. For food delivery, unfortunately, you have to go downstairs yourself to pick it up; a robot delivery service would be a nice upgrade. The laundry room only has one dryer, which became a major bottleneck during peak holiday periods—adding another unit would make a big difference. On the hygiene side, there’s room for improvement: no trash bags in any of the bins, making them uncomfortable to use, and there were stubborn stains on the bathroom floor that weren’t visible until I moved the carpet accidentally. Despite these minor issues, the hotel met my expectations. Great location, good value, and I’d definitely choose this place again when visiting Chengdu.
