The guest manager, Xiao Luo, went above and beyond—she reached out before check-in to confirm details and checked in regularly during our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. On checkout day, she even arranged a late departure without hassle, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. The housekeeping staff were thorough and attentive, leaving no corner untouched. What truly stood out was the concert shuttle service; after the show, the driver even offered bottled water, and the vehicle had the artist’s songs playing in the background—a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience unforgettable. I was also impressed by the concierge team: one staff member kindly returned my charging power bank to the mall before I even checked in! Another team member, named Fugui Hua Kai, went above and beyond by personally arranging my transfers, hand-writing a sweet note, and leaving fresh fruit and dessert upon arrival. What truly stood out was how well the little details were handled—everything from the welcome amenities to the quiet attention to comfort made the stay unforgettable. I especially want to highlight Assistant Manager Xiao Wu and Xiao Chen—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to make guests feel valued.
