This was my second visit to Osmanthus Tree Resort & Spa, and I’m already planning my next stay. The first time I stayed in a twin room—spacious and comfortable—and this time I accidentally booked the wrong room type. I reached out to the front desk, and the staff member immediately stepped in, consulted with management, and upgraded me to the same twin room at no extra cost. That kind of service is rare and truly impressive. The facilities are top-notch, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the attention to detail made all the difference. My kids had a blast exploring the space and even asked if we could stay longer. Everything—from the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches—makes me want to come back again. Definitely one of those places you’ll remember long after check-out.

Shangri-La Guilin

Staying at Shangri-La Guilin was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Our guest host Emily went above and beyond—she reached out in advance to learn about our preferences and even prepared thoughtful little amenities for our child. The housekeeping staff, Jongche, was incredibly attentive, personally escorting us to our room and giving a detailed walk-through of the hotel’s facilities with genuine warmth. The room itself beautifully blends modern comfort with traditional northern Guangxi charm—our bed was so cozy we slept like babies all night. But the real highlight? The evening view: as dusk fell, the river lights gently lit up the scene outside our window, turning the Li River into a shimmering canvas. Absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was fantastic—wide variety, delicious quality—and the local beer fish at the Chinese restaurant was authentic and mouthwatering. Pool attendant Tang Jundong was patient and welcoming, guiding us straight to the pool area with a smile. Every touch felt personal, every service thoughtful. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a home away from home. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back.

Li River Promise Hotel （Guilin Elephant Trunk Hill & Two Rivers and Four Lakes Scenic Area）

This hotel is absolutely perfect for families with kids—definitely a must-stay if you're visiting Guilin with little ones. Located right in the heart of the city, it's just a 2-3 km ride from Guilin Railway Station, and a quick taxi or short walk gets you there. It’s also within a 10-minute stroll to Elephant Trunk Hill and the bustling Zhengyang Pedestrian Street—super convenient for exploring the area. We stayed on the family-friendly floor, and the room was spacious and thoughtfully designed for children. The room came with a bunk bed featuring a slide, a kid-sized table, a mini tent, a rocking horse, and even a large bathtub—perfect for soaking after a long day of sightseeing. The hallway had a dedicated kids’ play zone, where our little one played non-stop and refused to leave! Breakfast at the 9th-floor restaurant was fantastic—plenty of local favorites like Guilin rice noodles, small wontons, and authentic oil tea, all fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful too—from assisting with luggage to offering laundry service. They washed, dried, and returned our clothes neatly folded to our room. No need to lift a finger! The rooftop pool and panoramic viewing deck are stunning spots for photos—every shot looks like a scene from a classic Chinese painting. And as we checked out, we were surprised with a thoughtful welcome gift. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Guilin!

LiCLOUDS HOTEL (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Xiangshan Park)

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Just a short walk away from a fantastic roast duck spot—perfect for a quick dinner without having to search far. From here, it’s an easy stroll to Xiangshan Park and the Moon and Sun Towers, making sightseeing so convenient and saving us a lot of time. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, even upgrading our room at no extra cost—such a thoughtful touch! The view from the room overlooks the river and the city skyline, offering stunning scenery every morning. Breakfast was excellent—plenty of options and great quality—and the dining area was spacious and well-organized. What really surprised me was discovering that this hotel is actually a stop on the airport shuttle route. We left early for the airport, and it made getting there so much easier. The Wi-Fi name is a bit funny, but connecting was straightforward and reliable. Overall, this place is a top choice for anyone visiting Guilin City. It’s convenient, comfortable, and offers real value—highly recommend!

Elephant Trunk Hill Hotel

Staying right in the heart of Guilin made this trip unforgettable. The hotel is literally just a short walk from Elephant Trunk Hill, with the entrance to the scenic area right around the corner—perfect for catching that iconic photo spot early in the morning. Public buses stop right outside, making it super easy to explore major attractions without hassle. Evenings are just as charming: take a relaxing stroll along the riverside, enjoy the city lights, or head to the nearby night market. But what truly blew me away was the rooftop garden—serene, spacious, and absolutely picture-perfect. Daily afternoon tea served from 2 to 4 PM is a delightful treat, where you can sip on tea and enjoy pastries while gazing over the lush mountains and winding rivers. The lobby? A masterpiece of modern Chinese design—crystal chandeliers sparkle above elegant screen partitions, creating an atmosphere that’s both refined and Instagram-ready. I couldn’t stop taking photos with my friends, and honestly, every shot felt like a postcard. This place isn’t just a stay—it’s an experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for charm, convenience, and beauty all in one.

Bamboo Garden Hotel

Great experience from start to finish! The hotel is perfectly located near the train station and just a short walk from Wanda City, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the essentials we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable—woke up feeling refreshed. The staff went above and beyond with their warm and helpful service; they even provided local tips that made our trip more enjoyable. It’s clear this place values guest satisfaction. Staying at Eeril Hotel has been one of my favorite experiences in Guilin. The room size is just right—not too small, not overwhelming—perfect for a comfortable getaway. The bedding feels luxurious and the overall cleanliness is outstanding; it’s clear they pay attention to detail. The modern decor gives a fresh, inviting vibe. What really stood out was the bathroom: spacious, with excellent dry-wet separation, and the shower area is huge with strong water pressure and consistent temperature—perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. The smart toilet is a game-changer, especially for those with digestive concerns—it’s incredibly convenient and thoughtful. I also appreciated the on-site laundry facility with both washing and drying machines, plus all the necessary detergents provided—no need to worry about dirty clothes during your trip. Breakfast is well-rounded with a good mix of options, and the late-night snack bar offering free sweet rice porridge and desserts is such a nice surprise. It’s a little gem that delivers exceptional value and comfort. I’ll definitely be back.

The Benwei Hotel at the Expo Center in Guilin completely exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and upgraded my room to a larger one at no extra cost—so thoughtful. Breakfast was a highlight—authentic Guilin rice noodles and rich oil tea were both delicious, and the fresh vegetables were crisp and vibrant. Even better, they included free liu-ba tea samples and seasonal fruit in the room—perfect for enjoying in the lounge area. I loved sipping tea in the lobby, relaxing with a book. Every detail felt intentional and well-executed. This is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guilin. Truly worth every penny!

This stay was absolutely incredible! Echarm Hotel (Guilin High-speed Railway North Station) offers a perfect blend of modern design and comfort. The room was spacious and flooded with natural light, and the bedding felt like sleeping on clouds—so cozy and restful. Every staff member, from front desk to housekeeping, was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of fresh options with delicious flavors that made mornings so enjoyable. Located just steps from the high-speed rail station, it’s incredibly convenient for travel, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood where you can truly relax. I’ve already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back on my next trip to Guilin. This place truly feels like home—warm, welcoming, and unforgettable.

WING HOTEL

Staying at Wing Hotel was an absolute delight. The room was spotless, spacious, and perfect for a family—featuring a large bed and a tatami-style area that comfortably accommodated three adults. There were toys for kids, and the bathroom even had a child-sized stool and kid-friendly soap, which made things so much easier for parents. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the pedestrian street, and within easy reach of major attractions like Jingjiang Wangfu, Liangjiang Sihu, and Elephant Trunk Hill. We especially loved the breakfast on the 6th floor—panoramic views of the river, and on sunny days, sipping coffee while soaking up the sunshine was pure bliss. This hotel offers great value, excellent service, and unbeatable convenience. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guilin.
