The elevator is there, but completely non-functional; you have to climb two flights of stairs just to reach your room. That’s a major inconvenience, especially with luggage. The apartment feels like it's stuck in the 1970s: outdated layout, cramped spaces, and even a mattress tucked behind the living room door as a makeshift bedroom. Not exactly luxurious. There’s no shower gel provided—just shampoo—and absolutely no bath mat. If you leave your slippers outside the shower, they’ll soak up water overnight. It’s frustratingly basic. The one redeeming factor? Breakfast. It was authentically Italian—fresh fruit, good yogurt, and a nice touch of local flavor. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, which made the stay slightly more bearable. But overall, the experience didn’t justify the price.
