Getting to Lujiazui takes only about 30 minutes by metro, and the airport is easily reachable within an hour. We stayed with three people, and the room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate us all—no cramped feeling at all. The location, cleanliness, service, and value for money all score high. They went above and beyond by helping us pick the perfect room, checking museum parking details to save us precious time, and even bringing water up to our room without being asked. Their kindness and thoughtfulness made such a difference. The housekeeping team also stood out—they knew we were in a rush to leave, so they cleaned our room ahead of schedule and kept reminding us to reach out if we needed anything. And then there was driver Wu, who truly left a lasting impression. Even though we only had a brief ride with him, he patiently explained where to catch the bus, how to transfer between lines, and even shared tips on the most efficient metro routes—like a true local guide.
