The facilities are top-tier—pool, well-equipped gym, and a relaxing spa center, all housed in a luxurious, festive atmosphere. The lobby sparkled with a towering Christmas tree, twinkling lights, and even a charming gingerbread house in the corner—so much holiday spirit! But what truly stood out was the service. Every staff member greeted me warmly, offered help with luggage, and even brought me a hot drink without being asked—such thoughtful gestures really made me feel valued. I loved that I could still relax in the lounge area after check-out, with plenty of charging outlets and bright, open spaces. Getting to Lujiazui takes only about 30 minutes by metro, and the airport is easily reachable within an hour. We stayed with three people, and the room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate us all—no cramped feeling at all. The location, cleanliness, service, and value for money all score high.
