As soon as I walked into the lobby, I spotted a perfect photo spot—ideal for capturing memories—and there's even a small play area for kids, which made the experience enjoyable for the whole family. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; one of the ladies kindly upgraded my room at no extra cost—a lovely surprise!
