Front desk agent Yu Huang was incredibly attentive and efficient—he proactively arranged our late checkout until 2 PM on New Year’s Day, knowing we’d be out all morning. Then there was Brian, the doorman, whose service went above and beyond: he personally helped with luggage, guided us through the property with warm enthusiasm, explained all the in-room features, and even surprised us with a gourmet fruit platter and alcohol wipes—despite us not asking for anything extra.
