Her warm personality and genuine smile made the entire stay feel welcoming and personal. Since we were traveling with kids, we opted for the executive room, and the executive lounge was a highlight. While not as extensive as the main lobby buffet, the offerings were refined, delicious, and served in a quiet, peaceful setting—perfect for families with little ones. The staff at the lounge went above and beyond to care for our children, making us feel truly at home. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from SKP and China World Trade Center, with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within easy reach. Public transport access is also convenient. One minor note: room soundproofing could be improved—the hallway and neighboring rooms are quite audible. But that’s a small trade-off for such a high-quality stay overall. This hotel delivers luxury, comfort, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back.

Sure, the room is more compact compared to other luxury hotels, but the view of the Liangma River from the window makes every moment feel special—so serene, so picturesque, I can’t help but linger by the window. The highlight? The lounge’s afternoon tea and dinner. The food is exceptional—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and far beyond what you’d expect at many five-star properties. On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. He remembered my preference for warm dishes and kindly heated up the seafood before serving—such thoughtful attention to detail. The next day, another team member, He Xu, took time to recommend the best desserts and gently reminded parents to watch the kids—small things that show how genuinely care about guests’ comfort. During dinner, I met a couple with their child, who shared they also make it a habit to visit a luxury hotel every weekend. After trying several places, they keep coming back to Kempinski—not just for the food or rooms, but because of the warmth, the genuine hospitality, and that sense of home. Staying at Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel for three nights was an absolute delight. The lounge staff, especially Xiao Fan, went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service—always smiling, always ready to help. When I asked to switch the soup at dinner, the chef immediately accommodated the request with care and speed, which truly stood out. The food quality remained excellent throughout my stay—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I particularly loved the minced pork with eggplant and the stir-fried cucumber with eggs—simple but delicious. Even better, when I called the front desk, they kindly upgraded my room without hesitation. That kind gesture made a big difference. Every team member I interacted with was genuinely welcoming and professional. It felt less like a hotel stay and more like being welcomed into a home away from home. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Beijing. I’ll definitely be back.
