Stayed here for two nights right after arriving at the airport, and it was an excellent choice. The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful—she greeted us warmly and offered great local recommendations for nearby restaurants. Our room was beautifully decorated with a charming British ambiance, cozy and spotless. The breakfast was exceptional: fresh, delicious, and served with care. Located just minutes from downtown Auckland, it’s perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this gem—it’s a standout in every way.

A wonderful place to return to! I was genuinely surprised by the quality of our room—far better than I expected for a 3-star property. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with excellent water pressure in the shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were welcoming and attentive, going the extra mile to make us feel at home. Located just steps from the subway, it’s super convenient for getting around Auckland. With great dining options nearby and fantastic value, this motel is definitely on my list for future visits.

My stay at Albert Accommodation in Auckland wasn’t what I expected. The room was outdated, with basic furnishings and a noticeably weak air conditioning unit. To make matters worse, I experienced a theft during my stay. After reporting it to the police, the hotel refused to provide any CCTV footage, claiming no suspicious individuals were spotted. They also declined a refund for the unused portion of my stay, despite the circumstances. While the location is convenient—close to public transit and downtown—it’s hard to overlook the lack of security and poor customer service. For the price, you’d expect better care and transparency. I wouldn’t recommend this property to others, especially if safety and reliability are priorities.

We absolutely loved our stay at Royal Residency in Auckland. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless—easy contactless check-in through the platform made the process stress-free, and the rooms were spotlessly clean with a private ensuite in every bedroom. The location is fantastic: just a short walk from a small shopping complex and a Pak n Save, so all essentials were within reach. Despite being on a main road, the hotel was surprisingly quiet—no traffic noise at all, which was a pleasant surprise. We truly felt at home throughout our visit.
