It’s spotless, welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond with their kindness and support. Breakfast runs until noon, dinner until 9 PM, and both are delicious and generous. I took part in the walking tour, graffiti tour, and food tour—all of them were eye-opening, fun, and packed with local flavor. My room was well-separated from the common areas, so it stayed super quiet throughout my four-night stay. I never had to wait for a bathroom, sink, or shower, even during peak times—huge plus! Everyone around was respectful and friendly; no cranky vibes here at all. A quick note for travelers with mobility challenges: request a ground-floor private room, as some shared areas are on uneven terrain near the courtyard. Overall, this place delivers comfort, convenience, and great value. I felt safe, heard, and truly at home. Thanks to the whole team for making my trip unforgettable!
