Located in the heart of Jeju City, it’s just a 6-minute taxi ride to the airport, and nearby Bukchon Road is perfect for shopping and eating. Everything you’d want is within easy reach. This place truly delivers exceptional value and comfort—definitely my top choice for any future visit to Jeju Island.

We're back in Jeju Island again, and once more we chose this charming hotel — and it didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owners are genuinely kind and helpful. Their banana milk is a standout — creamy, delicious, and perfect for a chilly morning. Even with cold weather and snowfall during our stay, the floor heating kept the room cozy and perfectly adjustable to our comfort. We had planned to hike Hallasan, but it was closed due to weather — no big deal, though, since the hotel’s location is super convenient: just a short subway ride to downtown, great for exploring local shops and restaurants. Overall, an excellent experience with fantastic value and that homey feel. Definitely coming back here on our next trip!

But honestly, that little hiccup only added to the charm. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and value make this a standout choice. Would definitely stay here again.

I chose Air City Hotel mainly for the airport shuttle service, and I can’t say enough about how convenient the location is. The hotel sits right on the main road—just step out the front door, turn left, and you’re at School Village Fried Chicken and BBQ Chicken. A short walk down the street leads to Hwajung Road, where there’s a CU convenience store uphill and plenty of great dining options nearby. Across the street is Kim Bok Nam Fried Chicken, so food is never far away. Even late at night—around 11 or 12 PM—the area still feels safe and lively with people around. The only hiccup was being assigned to a room on the 4th floor upon check-in. It felt off right away—completely different from the photos online. The room didn’t have the desk and chair shown in the listing, and it just felt smaller than expected. I immediately went back to reception, and though they apologized, they explained no rooms were available that day. They promised to upgrade us first thing tomorrow. And sure enough, the next morning I was moved to a room on the 14th floor—exactly like the pictures: spacious, well-lit, with a proper desk and comfortable layout. The difference was night and day. The staff were very helpful, spoke fluent Chinese, and handled everything smoothly. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, especially with its prime location, reliable shuttle, and responsive customer service. Just a quick heads-up: if your room doesn’t match the photos, don’t hesitate to ask—your comfort matters, and the team will make it right.

We suddenly decided to take a spontaneous trip to Jeju with my son, and although we originally planned to leave on the 11th, we ended up accidentally booking our stay for the 18th due to a last-minute rush with flight tickets and accommodation. When we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel to confirm the location only to be told there was no reservation under our name—felt really stressed at the moment 🥲 But thankfully, the owner was incredibly understanding and kind, rearranged our booking so we could check in early and enjoy a proper rest. Honestly, I didn’t expect much—we just picked this place as a quick stopover, not expecting anything special—but wow, it turned out to be much better than expected! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Even though it’s been over a week since our visit, I still want to say a heartfelt thank you.
