I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was—no noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. With such a high rating of 9 out of 10, it’s clear this hotel delivers excellent value. I’d definitely choose Hotel Dean again on my next trip to Incheon.

Even though I didn’t use it, the lobby had printing services, and there was a 24-hour convenience store right on-site, so I never needed to go out for anything. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. The amenities truly exceed expectations at this price point. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in the area for work.
