The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, especially in the evenings, making it perfect for a restful night’s sleep. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so grabbing a bite or picking up snacks is super easy. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just steps from the subway station. It takes only 6 stops to reach Yuelu Mountain and just 4 to get to Wuyi Square, making sightseeing and city exploration a breeze. Plus, Xiangya Hospital is right across the street, accessible via a short underground walkway—super convenient if you’re visiting for medical reasons. Overall, this place offers incredible value and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Changsha!

Staying at The Cloud Hotel was an absolute delight. The space is generous with a ceiling height of over 4.5 meters, giving the room a truly open and airy feel—no sense of being cramped at all. The entire floor is dedicated to guest rooms, ensuring privacy and quietness, plus there’s a compact laundry area equipped with both a washing machine and dryer. In winter, having a dryer is such a game-changer—I dried my heavy winter coat in under two hours. The staff were warm, attentive, and helpful throughout. Everything about this stay felt seamless and well thought out. I’ll definitely be returning when I come back to Changsha.
