After a long flight with young kids, we spent a full two hours struggling to check in remotely—no clear instructions were provided by the host. We were added to a WhatsApp group filled with unnecessary messages and confusion. No video guide for unlocking the door, and the Wi-Fi was barely functional. The most disappointing part? Our RM300 deposit has still not been refunded after 18 days—just empty promises. This entire stay ruined what could have been a great trip to Malaysia. I’ve had enough. If you prefer public transit, Maharajalela Station is just a 5-minute walk away, and only two stops from Imbi Station (BTS). There’s also a convenience store right downstairs along the main road, and at night, you can grab a Ramly burger if you’re craving one. Otherwise, plenty of food delivery options are available via GrabFood and other platforms. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations.
