This hotel is incredibly convenient—right next to Busan Station, making it easy to catch KTX trains or hop on the subway and buses for nearby attractions. The area around the hotel is bustling with restaurants, convenience stores, and an OLIVEYOUNG, so everything you need is within walking distance. The room size is just right—two 25-inch suitcases fit comfortably, with a little extra space left. Cleanliness and soundproofing are both solid, which adds to the overall comfort. The only downside is the breakfast area, which gets crowded daily and feels a bit cramped with tables close together. However, the food quality is good, and since it’s on a higher floor, the view from the windows is lovely—especially during morning light. Overall, great value and a smart choice for travelers.
Space and Mood
This was my first stay at this place, and I’ve been thinking hard before writing this review. The hotel is located just a 5-6 minute walk from Lotte Department Store in Seomyeon, and it’s super easy to spot from the street—especially at night. The rooftop café is dazzling with its vintage, glamorous lighting, making it really stand out. But when I arrived late at night, I couldn’t find the entrance at all—it was completely dark, and I circled around the building twice before figuring it out. By the time I made it upstairs, I’d already missed the check-in deadline by ten minutes. The café was completely empty, no staff around, and I was stuck wondering what to do. Then I noticed a clear plastic pouch hanging on the door handle right across from the elevator. Inside was my name and room key. I tried swiping it—and voilà, the door opened! It felt like a little surprise welcome. Check-out was equally hassle-free: I left the key in the room at 11 a.m. and walked away without any formalities. That was perfect for me, especially since I’m not great with language barriers. I wanted to grab breakfast or lunch at the café, but the barista said they only serve drinks—no food. So I had to leave disappointed. The elevator also took forever, and every floor we passed revealed something unexpected: the hotel shares an elevator with a local community hospital. Every time the doors opened, I saw patients lying on beds—something that honestly made me uneasy as someone who’s paranoid about health and even bought an 8-million-KRW travel insurance policy. The room itself was average, nothing special—but at least they provided a toothbrush, which I appreciated. Overall, I’d say this feels more like a boutique-style apartment managed by the café rather than a traditional hotel. If you’re staying here just to experience the café vibe, be prepared: you won’t get to enjoy food there. A bit of a letdown, but still, the unique entry experience and low-key service were refreshing.

Location-wise, this hotel is unbeatable—Chayu Market, Gukje Market, Canton Market, Busan Tower, and BIFF Square are all within a 10-minute walk. You can explore everything on foot without needing to rely on taxis. It’s an ideal base for both sightseeing and experiencing local life. Highly recommended for travelers who value cleanliness, convenience, and great location.

I’ve stayed here multiple times during business trips to Busan, and this time I brought my husband for a late getaway—truly one of the best choices we’ve made. The room was spotless and had a stylish air conditioner that kept everything comfortable. What stood out most was the free pool, which opened early in the morning and stayed open late into the night—perfect for enjoying breakfast by the water or unwinding with a drink under the stars. The poolside bar offers wine, beer, soju, and more, making it easy to sip a glass while soaking in the city lights at night. Since we visited on a weekday, the place was almost empty—felt like we had the whole pool to ourselves! And from 7 PM onwards, there’s a no-kids zone, which is great for couples or friends looking to enjoy a romantic or relaxed atmosphere without distractions. I did see a guest question why kids couldn’t enter after 7 PM, but the policy is clearly posted—maybe just overlooked. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The room had a huge smart TV, perfect for streaming Netflix (you’ll need your own account). After a warm bath, I lounged on the plush bed with a cold beer, watching shows and reflecting on our trip—it was the perfect way to wrap things up. Located just a 5-minute walk from the train station and offering free parking, this hotel is ideal whether you're arriving by train or car. Highly recommend for convenience, comfort, and that little touch of luxury.

The room itself is generously sized, and I really appreciated the Japanese-style entryway where you can take off your shoes—perfect for comfort and hygiene. I’m guessing there’s underfloor heating because it felt warm underfoot during winter visits. Inside the mini-fridge, I found free mineral water, a mosquito repellent spray (great for unexpected bugs), and a thoughtful welcome amenity set. Small touches that make a big difference. Front desk staff are available 24/7—and they truly mean it. I came back late from a convenience store run, and someone was still awake to assist. Super convenient! The team members were genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout check-in and check-out. No stress at all. Right outside the hotel is a CU convenience store, and the subway entrance is just a short walk away—perfect for exploring the city. Even better? There’s a fully equipped gym on-site. My only regret? I didn’t get a chance to try the sauna or hot spring facilities. Definitely saving that for next time! Is there any flaw? Honestly, I can’t find one. This place is nearly perfect. It's a 3-star property with a bathtub in the room—everything you'd need is provided except for the toothbrush (due to local regulations). What stood out most was being able to charge my devices using Japanese-style outlets—huge plus for travelers from Japan and nearby regions. The location is fantastic: right next to convenience stores, Lotte Mart, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. I walked everywhere easily, including to Haeundae Beach and Nampodong. The front desk is spacious and clean, and there are staff members who speak Japanese, so communication was never an issue. I noticed many Japanese guests staying here too—clearly a popular choice. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, super convenient, and very comfortable. Definitely coming back if I visit Busan again.

The staff, especially the owner, were incredibly friendly and helpful, with excellent English skills and a basic understanding of Chinese, making communication seamless. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just steps from the back entrance of Lotte World, surrounded by countless dining options, including 24-hour shops so you never have to worry about hunger. Staying for three nights or more included a complimentary breakfast featuring fresh, homemade sandwiches, yogurt, and fruit—all delicious and well-prepared. The building is quiet at night, perfect for a restful sleep without any noise disturbance. There's a water dispenser in the lobby with plenty of bottled water available for guests, which is such a thoughtful touch. On the basement level, there’s a dedicated space for ordering takeout, complete with utensils and a self-cleaning policy—clean, practical, and convenient. Daily housekeeping ensures fresh towels and clean water bottles are always provided. They also offered to help arrange food delivery (cash-only) and even called a taxi to the airport—super helpful! Everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This place offers incredible value and service. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Busan. Will definitely be coming back!

Located just a short walk from Busan Subway Line 1’s Cheongnae Station Exit 12, the hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring the city. The room was clean, well-equipped, and offered excellent value for money—simple, comfortable, and very affordable. What really stands out is how close we were to so many must-visit spots. Just a 13-minute walk gets you to Busan Station, where you can explore the iconic 168-step staircase. Cheongnae Station’s traditional night market is packed with delicious local snacks—perfect for a late-night treat. South Pyeong Station offers Biff Plaza, accessible via a scenic 40-step climb. West Gate Station brings you straight to Lotte Department Store—great for shopping and dining. Don’t miss the food stalls at Budang Market near Butdang Station, especially the famous pork buns and fish-shaped sweet potato cakes. And if you’re into stair challenges, Dongdaesin Station’s 192 steps are a fun way to burn off some calories while taking in the views. There’s simply no shortage of things to do within walking distance. This place is ideal for travelers who love convenience, culture, and great vibes. I’d definitely come back—maybe even more than once!
