This was hands down the best hotel experience I've had in Busan — even better than staying at Park Hyatt, which I've tried before. I booked the Premier King Room with an incredible ocean view that made every morning feel like a postcard. The hotel just opened in 2023, so everything is brand new, clean, and well-designed. A few taxi drivers actually got lost on the way, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful — they handed me a business card to share with drivers for easy navigation. That small gesture really stood out. It’s also super convenient: just a 10-minute walk to Songdo Beach and the Songdo Cable Car, perfect for exploring the area without needing a car. What truly impressed me was the level of service — from the moment I arrived, staff were warm, attentive, and proactive. They carried my luggage, walked me to the room, opened and closed the car door, and kept checking if I needed anything. They even helped me book a ride. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — the bed was just right, and I slept like a baby. If you're visiting Busan and want a mix of modern luxury, great location, and genuine hospitality, this hotel is absolutely worth it.

I've stayed here before years ago and decided to come back for a four-night visit—so glad I did! The buffet breakfast was fantastic: fresh, well-prepared, and offered a great variety of options. The room was spotless and very clean, though the twin-bed room is on the smaller side—just enough space to fit two suitcases comfortably. What really stands out is the location: just a quick right turn from the hotel entrance leads straight to the subway station, only about a 5-7 minute walk. It's super convenient for getting around Busan. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus Lotte Department Store within easy reach—perfect for shopping and dining. Overall, this place delivers excellent value and comfort. Definitely planning to return.

No sense of crowding at all! The amenities are top-notch: a smart bidet toilet, a deep soaking tub, and everything you’d want for a relaxing bath. The room itself is generously sized, and I really appreciated the Japanese-style entryway where you can take off your shoes—perfect for comfort and hygiene. I’m guessing there’s underfloor heating because it felt warm underfoot during winter visits. Inside the mini-fridge, I found free mineral water, a mosquito repellent spray (great for unexpected bugs), and a thoughtful welcome amenity set. Small touches that make a big difference. Front desk staff are available 24/7—and they truly mean it. I came back late from a convenience store run, and someone was still awake to assist. Super convenient! The team members were genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout check-in and check-out. No stress at all. Right outside the hotel is a CU convenience store, and the subway entrance is just a short walk away—perfect for exploring the city. Even better? There’s a fully equipped gym on-site. My only regret? I didn’t get a chance to try the sauna or hot spring facilities. Definitely saving that for next time! Is there any flaw? Honestly, I can’t find one. This place is nearly perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic—just a short walk from the beach and right in the heart of downtown Busan. It’s super convenient for exploring the city, shopping, and dining. However, it’s clear the rooms haven’t seen a renovation in years. The towels are on the small side and not very absorbent. The real downside? There were so many mosquitoes in the room that it felt like we were camping by a river—countless bites and no relief. Definitely bring mosquito repellent if you’re staying here. Despite these issues, the price point still makes it a decent option, especially for travelers who prioritize location over luxury. With a few upgrades to the room condition and pest control, this place could easily be top-tier.
