This was our second stay at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau, and it felt just as welcoming and comfortable as the first time—truly like coming home. JW Marriott Hotel Macau

Visited JW Marriott Hotel Macau during Christmas, and the place was bustling with locals—check-in did involve a short wait, but staff handled it with patience and warmth. The room was exceptionally spacious, offering a luxurious feel from the moment we stepped in. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent soundproofing—complete silence from neighboring rooms made for a peaceful stay. What stood out most was the attention to detail: upon noticing we had a young child, the front desk kindly set up a kids’ tent 🏕️ and provided complimentary toiletries for the little one. The executive lounge benefits were top-notch—breakfast was simple yet satisfying, and afternoon tea featured an impressive selection of pastries and beverages. Compared to other nearby hotels like Galaxy Macau, this property feels more refined and less crowded, even though it’s quieter than some others. The quality of service, ambiance, and overall experience truly sets it apart. If you're looking for a high-end, family-friendly stay with thoughtful touches and a calm atmosphere, this is absolutely worth every penny.

The Ritz-Carlton, Macau

Our first trip with our 7-month-old baby was absolutely perfect, thanks to The Ritz-Carlton, Macau and especially the amazing team—shoutout to Amy at reception for her warmth and attention. From check-in onwards, everything was smooth and thoughtful. They even prepared a special nursery setup in the room just for our little one. We were delighted to find a cozy kids’ tent, a cute lion plush toy, and a little backpack waiting for him. The room also came stocked with baby-safe disinfectants and bed rails—so much care taken for families traveling with infants. Our baby loved playing inside the tent and instantly bonded with his new plush friend. But the real highlight? A personalized baby towel and mini tote bag with his name on it—such a sweet keepsake for his very first journey. It made the whole experience so memorable. This level of service and attention to detail is truly unmatched. If you're traveling with a baby, this hotel is an absolute must-visit.

Four Seasons Hotel Macao

Staying at Four Seasons Hotel Macao was an absolute delight. The Tower View Room was perfectly positioned, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline and the iconic landmark—especially magical at night when the lights come on. Our kids were thrilled with the complimentary Four Seasons bear, which became their favorite companion throughout the trip. The pool garden is stunning—lush greenery, serene atmosphere, and a beautifully maintained pool with consistent temperature. Even in late December, the water felt refreshing rather than cold, and after swimming, we were treated to a delicious Häagen-Dazs ice cream—such a sweet surprise that delighted both kids and adults. The hotel’s quiet ambiance stands out; it feels like a peaceful retreat away from the bustling streets nearby. Elegant, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, every detail reflects true hospitality. It’s not just a stay—it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be returning.

MGM Cotai

Staying at MGM Cotai was an absolute delight from the moment I arrived. The hotel’s artistic ambiance is truly unique—every corridor feels like a gallery, making the whole experience feel more immersive and stylish. The room itself is compact but well-designed, with all essentials in place and excellent Wi-Fi. I really enjoyed the fitness center; it’s modern, spacious, and well-equipped, even with professional trainers on hand for guidance. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my visit, but I hope it reopens soon. The complimentary fruit platter and chocolate were a nice touch, and I especially loved the little lion mascot—it made the stay extra memorable. If you’re here to catch the Macao 2049 show, you’re in luck: it’s right downstairs, just a quick walk away. Just a heads-up—no drinks allowed inside the theater, so grab your beverage before entering. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and entertainment seekers.

Staying at The Parisian Macao in the North Wing for three nights was an absolute delight. The staff went above and beyond—so many friendly faces, always ready to help. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the action with stunning night views that truly capture the charm of Paris. And don’t miss the French restaurant on the 3rd floor—it’s a must-visit. We dined there for lunch with eight people, ordering different set menus, and every dish was exceptional—rich flavors, elegant presentation, and authentic French touches. It felt like a real culinary experience. From service to ambiance, everything exceeded expectations. This place isn’t just great—it’s unforgettable. Grand Hyatt Macau

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary and my birthday with the whole family on a three-night stay in Macau, and staying at Grand Hyatt Macau was an absolute highlight. From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive—especially when they noticed we had kids. They even upgraded us to higher floors (18th and 20th) with stunning views of the City of Dreams fountain, which became a favorite spot for the little ones to enjoy every evening. The hallway was spacious and quiet, and the soundproofing in the rooms was impressive—no noise from other guests or hallways. Stepping into our room felt like entering a peaceful retreat: open layout, generous space, no sense of crowding. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, and the kids couldn’t stop gushing over the fountain show. The bathroom was a dream—fully separated, with a huge soaking tub, dual vanities, overhead shower, soft ambient lighting, and a full-length mirror with a double door entry. It’s perfect for anyone who loves getting ready in style. We also loved the JBL Bluetooth alarm clock—we could stream our own music anytime. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with just the right firmness, and the linens felt luxurious. Even more surprising was the quality of the amenities: Paris-Balmain toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap)—all high-end, beautifully scented, and deeply moisturizing. I didn’t bring any personal products this time, and honestly, I’m glad I didn’t. Everything was top-notch. This trip exceeded all expectations, and we’ve already decided to come back again. A truly memorable experience.

Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao

I booked a one-night stay just to catch Leslie Cheung's concert — perfect timing, no rush at all! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it’s just a short walk to the Londoner Arena, making attending the show super easy. The room was spotless and well-maintained — classic luxury with that unmistakable quality you’d expect from a long-standing reputable property. Upon check-in, the staff were exceptionally attentive. Knowing I have asthma, they proactively arranged a room on a mid-level floor to avoid the construction zones, which showed real thoughtfulness and care. I upgraded for breakfast, and while the spread offered a good mix of Chinese, Western, and Indian options, there was one small issue: the banana station wasn’t restocked regularly. A couple took 10 bananas without eating them, leaving others without access — a bit frustrating. But the highlight? The complimentary herbal tea. It was such a pleasant surprise — soothing, fragrant, and perfectly relaxing. Overall, a great stay with thoughtful touches that made a big difference.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The property is immaculately clean and well-maintained, with bright rooms that flood in natural light—really made the space feel welcoming. All the amenities were in great condition and worked perfectly. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful from the start. I’d like to especially mention Edward—he went above and beyond with his service, offering thoughtful advice and making me feel truly valued. Other team members were equally attentive; when I asked about the shuttle service, they clearly explained departure times and routes, which was incredibly helpful. The location is convenient, just a short walk or quick transit away from major attractions. With such a high level of hospitality and comfort, I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Macau.

Holiday Inn Express Macau City Centre

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to public transit, and attractions like Senado Square and the Ruins of St. Paul’s are within easy reach. Even if you're short on time, it's a pleasant stroll through the streets to get there. The staff are professional and friendly, and the breakfast restaurant is busy but worth the wait—great value for the price. As a guest, I enjoyed discounts and could order à la carte until 3 PM. The rooftop dining area offers a nice view of a famous landmark building, making it a great spot for photos. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the service is consistently warm and attentive—definitely reflects the quality of an IHG property. Outside the hotel, just a few steps to the right, is Kwik Kee, where the pork floss and almond cookies are delicious. There’s also a fresh fruit shop right downstairs, and across the street, a supermarket with even better-quality produce. For late-night cravings, there’s a family-style barbecue joint right at the entrance—super convenient to grab a quick bite instead of ordering in. The surrounding area is packed with amazing food options: I tried both Portuguese and Thai cuisine, and both were excellent. It’s clear why Macau is known as a true food paradise.
