To make matters worse, I experienced a theft during my stay. After reporting it to the police, the hotel refused to provide any CCTV footage, claiming no suspicious individuals were spotted. They also declined a refund for the unused portion of my stay, despite the circumstances. While the location is convenient—close to public transit and downtown—it’s hard to overlook the lack of security and poor customer service. For the price, you’d expect better care and transparency. I wouldn’t recommend this property to others, especially if safety and reliability are priorities.
