Breakfast is served in a lakeside buffet setting with great views. While the variety isn’t on par with high-end hotels back home, it’s actually quite generous considering the price point. Fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, toast, and coffee—all satisfyingly good. Overall, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, staff are friendly, and the whole experience felt authentic and relaxing. A real hidden gem in Auckland, and I’d definitely come back.

The only thing to note is that slippers aren’t provided, but bringing your own is a quick fix. Prices are noticeably lower than central Auckland hotels, yet the value and comfort level are way above expectations. Honestly, this place delivers more happiness per dollar than most places I’ve stayed in. A must-try if you're visiting Auckland.
