Staff are all fluent in English, incredibly helpful, and genuinely warm—especially the front desk attendant who quickly arranged a taxi for us on departure. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, the service attentive, and overall the experience feels premium without being overly expensive. If you're willing to walk a bit uphill (or take a quick ride), this hotel offers a standout blend of comfort, convenience, and charm in Seoul.

Staying at Local Stitch Creator Town Seogyo was an absolute surprise and one of the highlights of our trip to Seoul. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute walk to a 7-Eleven, 8 minutes to a 24-hour café, 10 minutes to the subway (Green Line), 15 minutes to Hongdae, and just 20 minutes to Sinchon on foot. The room itself is compact but well-designed with excellent water pressure and smooth drainage. The bathtub was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Towels, tissues, and bottled water are available for free at the lounge—great for refills. The lounge area is huge and packed with amenities: self-service washing machines, dryers, even a dry cleaner! Every seating area has plenty of power outlets—so thoughtful. There’s also a large gym perfect for fitness lovers, and two spacious kitchens where you can cook or heat up meals. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English, making check-in and any requests super easy. This place offers such great value and comfort—it truly exceeded expectations. I took some photos during my stay, though I forgot that uploads are only allowed through the platform. Still, I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seoul.

Staying at DW Design Residence in the heart of Hongdae was an absolute delight. Public transportation is super accessible, making it easy to explore Seoul’s vibrant neighborhoods. The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, providing all sorts of everyday essentials, from toiletries to kitchen basics. It felt like coming home, but with a stylish, modern touch. I stayed at Brown Suites Hotel Sinchon Central and had a great experience overall. The room was clean except for a slightly dirty shower curtain, which was the only minor issue. I booked a window-facing room, and while there was some ambient noise from passersby and traffic at night, it didn’t disturb my sleep at all—totally manageable. The apartment is well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, fridge, TV, and a decent hairdryer that delivers strong airflow. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, body wash, and towels, though toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided (worth bringing your own). The space is surprisingly spacious—two 29-inch suitcases can be opened without blocking any walkways, making packing and unpacking very convenient. Located close to subway access, getting around Seoul is super easy. Great value for money, excellent location, and a comfortable stay—definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Seoul.

The hotel is immaculate and beautifully designed, with an unbeatable location just steps away from LFC. What truly stood out was the front desk staff member who happened to be from Hong Kong—when they noticed we didn’t speak Korean, they went above and beyond to assist with check-in, patiently guiding us through the process. It’s rare to feel such genuine care while traveling far from home. I really wanted to thank them in person, but unfortunately didn’t get a chance to see them again. Finding a familiar face in a foreign city made all the difference—it felt like a small but meaningful connection. A heartfelt thanks to that kind soul for making our stay so much more personal and welcoming.

I stayed here during Chuseok and was pleasantly surprised. Compared to the nearby motels, this place stands out as a much better option—especially if you're staying in Dongjak or Daebangdong area. The rooms have great potential; with a bit more upkeep, it could easily be a solid 4-star hotel. It's just a short walk from the subway station, making commuting super convenient. There are plenty of dining options around, so whether you're hanging out with friends or enjoying a quiet evening with your partner, this is the perfect spot to unwind. A truly relaxing and comfortable stay that feels like your own personal retreat.
