We thought we were set for a relaxing weekend getaway. The next day, when we returned from outside, we faced the exact same issue again. Another round of back-and-forth messages with the host, more troubleshooting, and another delayed code change. Eventually, we made it inside—but not without feeling uneasy about whether we’d be able to re-enter the next time we left. We shared our concerns with the contact, and only then did they provide a third code for a physical key stored in a lockbox. Honestly, after reading other reviews mentioning similar access issues, it’s clear this is a known problem. It’s surprising that such a fundamental issue hasn’t been resolved yet. If you're considering booking this property, just be aware: don’t expect a seamless check-in. Be prepared for potential delays, extra communication, and some stress over getting in and out.
