The hotel facilities are modern and well-maintained, and one of the standout features is the USB and Type-C outlets in the rooms—no need to carry adapters anymore, which made everything so much more convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, and you can truly feel confident about hygiene standards. Located right in the heart of Jeju City, it's surrounded by great restaurants and shops, and it’s just a short ride to the airport. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this location makes exploring the city super easy. Highly recommend this stay—it’s a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and value.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable; it’s just a short walk from the city center, so exploring local shops, restaurants, and attractions was effortless. I didn’t end up using the complimentary ticket to the Chaoan Teddy Bear Museum since it’s quite far from the hotel, but that didn’t affect my overall satisfaction at all. Safety-wise, the area felt secure and well-maintained, and I never had any concerns during my stay. Everything about this place—from accessibility to comfort—was spot-on. For travelers looking for a central, hassle-free base in Jeju City, this hotel delivers exactly what you’d want.

The staff comes by daily to tidy up and replace towels and essentials, which shows great attention to detail. One thing to keep in mind: unlike some places back home, check-in is strictly at 3 PM. If you arrive earlier, the front desk won’t be open yet, so plan accordingly—consider exploring nearby areas or storing your luggage until check-in time. Despite that small note, the overall experience was excellent. Great value, convenient location, and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place—every time I visit Jeju, I make sure to stay here. As someone who’s naturally introverted and enjoys cooking my own meals, the self-check-in and kitchenette setup are perfect for me. This was my first time booking a single room, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The space felt cozy and well-designed, just right for solo travel. The only difference from the double room is the absence of that large steaming pot—instead, there’s a frying pan and a small single-handle saucepan. Honestly, it’s still plenty functional, especially since I can slowly simmer soups or boil ramen without any hassle. I was worried about the room being chilly, but even without underfloor heating, the space stayed pleasantly warm thanks to the down comforter and good insulation. I ended up waking up hot in the middle of the night—no complaints! Everything was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and incredibly comfortable. I left the room spotless, feeling really grateful for such a peaceful and welcoming home-away-from-home. Definitely planning to come back every year.

There are plenty of nearby restaurants and two convenience stores within walking distance, so grabbing snacks or a quick bite is never an issue. Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in Jeju—great location, amazing staff, and excellent value. I’d definitely come back again!

The location is unbeatable—just a 2-3 minute walk to Lotte Duty-Free and Bokjeong Street’s food alley, making dining, shopping, and entertainment super convenient. Being only about 2 km from Jeju International Airport, getting there or back was a breeze, whether by taxi or public transport. The room itself is spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—sleeping on the bed felt like a dream. What stood out most was the private balcony, full kitchen with fridge, microwave, cookware, laundry machine, smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access, and efficient air conditioning. It felt like home away from home, especially for longer stays. The combination of prime location, modern amenities, and excellent value makes this stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju.

I chose Air City Hotel mainly for the airport shuttle service, and I can’t say enough about how convenient the location is. The hotel sits right on the main road—just step out the front door, turn left, and you’re at School Village Fried Chicken and BBQ Chicken. A short walk down the street leads to Hwajung Road, where there’s a CU convenience store uphill and plenty of great dining options nearby. Across the street is Kim Bok Nam Fried Chicken, so food is never far away. Even late at night—around 11 or 12 PM—the area still feels safe and lively with people around. The only hiccup was being assigned to a room on the 4th floor upon check-in. It felt off right away—completely different from the photos online. The room didn’t have the desk and chair shown in the listing, and it just felt smaller than expected. I immediately went back to reception, and though they apologized, they explained no rooms were available that day. They promised to upgrade us first thing tomorrow. And sure enough, the next morning I was moved to a room on the 14th floor—exactly like the pictures: spacious, well-lit, with a proper desk and comfortable layout. The difference was night and day. The staff were very helpful, spoke fluent Chinese, and handled everything smoothly. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, especially with its prime location, reliable shuttle, and responsive customer service. Just a quick heads-up: if your room doesn’t match the photos, don’t hesitate to ask—your comfort matters, and the team will make it right.

The bathroom stood out with its smart dry-wet separation and strong water pressure—perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day exploring. Overall, the value for money is outstanding.
